- Mr. Hadden, in representing the CEO of a local cell phone company, successfully negotiated a settlement on the client's behalf when a large U.S. cell phone carrier improperly attempted to terminate their agreement without paying monies due under the contract.
- Representation of a woman whose residence had toxic mold and numerous construction defects. After suing the builder for actual and punitive damages, the case settled when he agreed to buy the house back from the client "as is" and pay her actual damages.
