- Mr. Hadden served as co-counsel for a family in a federal lawsuit against two hospitals, various doctors and two other health care entities. As asserted in the Complaint, the child was born prematurely as a direct result of the failure to properly treat the mother during the final stages of her pregnancy. The child had cerebral palsy, and the estimated lost earning capacity and monies needed to care for the child for the remainder of his life were between 10 and 11.8 million dollars. At mediation, the case settled, and we were able to establish a special needs trust for the child.

As a result of the improper techniques used by the therapist to adjust the client's hip, the client had to undergo major surgeries.
