  • Representation of a quadriplegic who deposited over 1 million dollars with the trust department of one of the largest banks in the United States. After the trust monies were negligently depleted, Mr. Hadden brought suit against the bank for breach of fiduciary duty and other causes of action. The bank eventually agreed to settle the case against them.

  • Represented a couple against a major Wall Street brokerage firm. In completely ignoring the couple's investment objectives, the broker purchased highly speculative options and borrowed money against their account to make the trades. Ultimately, the couple lost over $500,000 as a result of the unsuitable investments. At mediation, the brokerage firm agreed to settle the case.

  • Mr. Hadden represented an elderly woman living on a fixed income whose stockbroker churned the account to generate commissions. As a result of the brokerage firm's total failure to supervise the rogue broker, who was eventually fired from the company, the case settled, and the client's investments were returned to her.
