  • Is the 1st consult free?

    Yes. Rob's initial consultation with you is free. 

  • How responsive is Rob?

    If you work with Rob, he is extremely responsive. He returns calls and emails on the same day. You will also have his cell phone number, and based upon your preference, he can communicate with you by phone, email, text, video-conference (Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype) or by meeting with you in-person at his office or a mutually agreeable location.

  • Does Rob accept referrals from other attorneys?

    Yes. The majority of cases handled by Rob come to him as referrals from other attorneys. 


    Rob regularly works with referring counsel to determine what role they would like to play in the case. 


    Whether the referring lawyer would like to take a backseat role or stay active in the case, Rob can can work out a mutually agreeable division of the work, the case costs and the attorney's fees with the client's consent.

    No. Rob will handle your case from beginning to end.

  • Will Rob keep you updated on your case?

    Yes. Rob will stay in regular contact with you throughout the life of your case to give you updates and discuss strategy. 

  • Are our communications confidential?

    Yes. All communications related to your case and Rob's legal representation of you are kept strictly confidential.

  • What methods of payment does Rob accept?

    If your case is not being handled on a contingency percentage fee, Rob accepts cash, check, e-check or any major credit/debit card. If you choose to pay by card, Rob will send you a secure link to a payment portal.

  • Can Rob give you a referral if he cannot help you?

    Yes. With over 25 years of legal experience, Rob has developed relationships with numerous attorneys. If Rob does not take your case, he is happy to give you a referral.
